Tec-Ed values long-term client relationships, where we can work together to support ongoing usability and documentation programs. Many companies have been clients for years.
When you contact Tec-Ed about a new project, an account manager will help match your needs to our services. Tec-Ed performs most projects on a fixed-fee basis, consistent with your budget goals.
Once a project is accepted, Tec-Ed assigns a project manager to serve as your single point of contact for arranging meetings, resolving questions, and keeping the work on track. Both the account manager and project manager remain available and involved throughout the engagement.
All Tec-Ed projects are performed by multidisciplinary teams to support the broadest possible skill set, ensure consistent quality, and streamline processes. This approach promotes continuity in an ongoing consulting relationship.
If your organization has an internal user experience department, you know that fast-paced product design can generate an “overflow” of user research. Tec-Ed partners with internal departments, as well as informal user advocates within organizations, for long- and short-term projects.
We also partner with advertising agencies, marketing firms, and digital design groups to combine our complementary expertise.
