New Human Resources Consultant to Support Our Growth

One of the newest smiling faces at Tec-Ed these days is that of Cheryl Cunningham, M.A. An expert in human resource management, Ms. Cunningham is assisting Tec-Ed in managing and making the best use of the growth our company has experienced in the past two years. As engagements and the client list expand, more consultants have joined Tec-Ed, bringing new experience, expertise, and interests. As the company matures and develops, its business models and processes evolve.

Ms. Cunningham, whose background includes a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over 25 years’ experience in organizational improvement, believes that clarity of vision and trust in co-workers are two of the essentials to success. “Our work is all about moving from potential to success,” Ms. Cunningham says. “People are full of unrecognized talent and unused strengths. In her engagement with Tec-Ed, Ms. Cunningham is continuing a process initiated in autumn 2005. She attends and contributes to quarterly company retreats and works with management, consultants, and support staff to identify company and individual goals and objectives, explore improvements in company and individual communication and processes, and facilitate change.
